Keto Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 keto-friendly tortillas
- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
- 2 tbsp diced pickles (optional)
- 2 tbsp diced onions (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until browned. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Stir in sugar-free ketchup and mustard. Mix well and set aside.
3️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
4️⃣ Place a keto tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella, and spread the cooked beef evenly on top. Add diced pickles and onions if using.
5️⃣ Place another tortilla on top and press down gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
6️⃣ Remove from the skillet, let it cool slightly, and cut into wedges.
7️⃣ Serve with sugar-free ketchup, mayo, or a burger sauce!
