Keto Snickers Brownies

Ingredients:
For the Brownies:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup keto-friendly sweetener (like allulose or erythritol)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
For the Peanut Layer:
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free peanut butter
For the Keto Caramel:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp keto sweetener (brown sugar alternative works best)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Brownies:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Caramel Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add sweetener and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Assemble the Snickers Layer:
- Spread peanut butter over the cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
4️⃣ Set & Serve:
- Let the brownies chill in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy a keto-friendly Snickers-inspired treat!
