Honey Butter Skillet Corn


Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) baby corn, drained & cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp keto-friendly honey substitute (like allulose honey or ChocZero honey)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (for extra richness)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Drain & Dry – Rinse and pat dry the baby corn to remove excess moisture.
- Sauté – In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add baby corn. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden.
- Flavor It – Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Sweetness – Drizzle in the keto-friendly honey substitute and stir well to coat. Let it caramelize for 1-2 minutes.
- Creamy Finish – Pour in heavy cream and mix until everything is glossy and well-coated.
- Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
