Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) baby corn, drained & cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp keto-friendly honey substitute (like allulose honey or ChocZero honey)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (for extra richness)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Drain & Dry – Rinse and pat dry the baby corn to remove excess moisture.
  2. Sauté – In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add baby corn. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Flavor It – Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Sweetness – Drizzle in the keto-friendly honey substitute and stir well to coat. Let it caramelize for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Creamy Finish – Pour in heavy cream and mix until everything is glossy and well-coated.
  6. Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
