Ingredients:
For the Whipped Feta
8 oz (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Black pepper, to taste
For the Naan
2 large naan breads
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp za’atar seasoning
Toppings
½ cup mixed olives, sliced (Kalamata and green olives work well)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1. Make the Whipped Feta
Add feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
2. Toast the Naan
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush naan breads with olive oil.
Sprinkle evenly with za’atar seasoning.
Bake for 4–5 minutes until warm and lightly crisp around the edges.
3. Assemble
Spread a generous layer of whipped feta over each warm naan.
Top with sliced olives.
Sprinkle with parsley and mint.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
4. Serve
Slice into wedges.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
