Simple & Easy 4 Ingredient Weight Watchers Mocha Fruit Cake

If you are on Weight Watchers, each piece has only 2.5 points (old points system) or 6 ProPoints and there are 20 serves in one tray of cake. Even if you aren’t on Weight Watchers, this cake is a lovely moist cake and oh so easy.


  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 150 gm fruit and nut chocolate, chopped roughly (or chocolate chips is fine)
  • 1 kg mixed dried fruit (or sultanas/raisins will do)
  • 2 cups 2 cups strong black coffee


  1. Soak the dried fruit in the black coffee, preferably overnight.
  2. Mix in flour and and chopped chocolate.
  3. Pour into a 20x18cm slice tin and bake at 170 deg C for approx 40 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  4. Slice into 20 pieces but try not to eat two.
