Layer the Casserole: In a greased baking dish, layer tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
