Keto Ranch Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef or ground turkey: 1 pound
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Almond flour: 1/4 cup
  • Ranch seasoning mix: 2 tablespoons (make sure it’s keto-friendly or homemade)
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, almond flour, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined but avoid overmixing.
  3. Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish and Serve: If desired, garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
