- 1 pound ground pork, chicken, turkey, or beef (choose your preference)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned or shredded
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari sauce (for a gluten-free option)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:–
