Keto Easy Tennessee Onions


  • 3 large Vidalia or sweet onions, sliced into 1/4-inch rings
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Onions: Arrange the onion slices in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix Toppings: In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Top Onions: Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the onions.
