  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the onion is softened.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, and eggs until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl with the cream mixture. Mix well to combine.
  7. Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese, along with half of the crumbled bacon.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  9. Top with the remaining shredded cheeses and crumbled bacon.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
