- 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
- 1 cup red seedless grapes (halved)
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt (high-protein base)
- ΒΌ cup light mayo (optional for extra creaminess)
- ΒΌ cup celery (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)

- Prep ingredients
- Cook and shred/dice chicken (rotisserie works great)
- Slice grapes, chop celery and onion
- Make dressing
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + light mayo + lemon juice
- Add salt and pepper
- Combine
- Add chicken, grapes, celery, onion
- Toss until fully coated and creamy
- Chill (recommended)
- Refrigerate for 30β60 minutes for best flavor
