Prep time: 10 mins | Bake time: 25 mins | Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 4 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1.5–2 lbs total)
- 3 tbsp Raw Natural Honey
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a glass or ceramic baking dish with a bit of olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
- Season the Chicken:Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Arrange them in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Whisk the Glaze:In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar until fully combined.
- Bake & Baste:Pour the honey garlic glaze evenly over the chicken breasts. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Caramelize & Serve:Spoon the warm pan juices back over the top of the chicken. (Optional: Broil on high for 2–3 minutes at the end to get an extra rich, sticky caramelization on the edges). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
