Ingredients:

– 2-3 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste) 🌶️

– 1 tbsp sesame oil 🌰

– Optional: sesame seeds for garnish 🌱

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg, then coat them in the flour mixture until well covered. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
