Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
– 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
2. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
3. Add the pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and onion to the slow cooker with the chicken.

9. Continue cooking on high for an additional 30 minutes or until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
10. Once the chicken is done, give everything a good stir to make sure the sauce coats the chicken and vegetables
