Coffee Chip Shake with 48g of complete protein!

This coffee shake has 48g of complete protein!

And half of that is from beef! Trust me, you can’t even taste it and the beef protein powder makes it incredibly creamy and fills me up, not out (aka: doesn’t make me bloated).

I have been incorporating beef protein into my diet for 9 months and it helps me get in my red meat intake on weeks I just can’t tolerate meat (it varies from week to week and some days I devour meat and other weeks I give my digestion a break).

Ingredients:
2 cups coffee ice cubes (freeze plain coffee in ice cube trays)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop of Equip Unflavored Prime Protein 

Method:
Blend the above ingredients then stir in shaved chocolate of choice.
