Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 3 bell peppers red, yellow, and green, sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
- Warm tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, peppers, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Add chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Fold the foil tightly into sealed packets.
- Grill or bake for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Carefully open the packets, garnish with cilantro if desired, and serve with warm tortillas.
