Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granola (optional, for crunch)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds or pistachios (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Greek yogurt in a serving bowl.
  2. Stir in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the sliced strawberries.
  4. Divide the yogurt mixture between two serving glasses or bowls.
  5. Top with the remaining strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle with granola and chopped nuts, if desired.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
