Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup liquid yogurt (125 ml / 4.3 fl. oz.)
  • 4 tablespoons flour (100 g / 3.5 oz.)
  • 150 grams cheese (5.3 oz)
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes, onion, and carrot. Dice the bell pepper and tomatoes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the vegetables with eggs, yogurt, flour, and seasonings.
  3. Stir in grated cheese and chopped parsley.
  4. Heat a pan with a little oil and spread the mixture evenly.
  5. Cook on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
