Air Fryer Empanadas:

2-Ingredient dough (prepared as above)
Your choice of empanada filling (e.g., ground turkey, lean ground beef, sautéed vegetables, black beans, etc.)
Seasonings and spices (e.g., chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper)
Cooking spray

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
Divide the 2-Ingredient dough into equal portions based on the number of empanadas you want to make.
Roll out each portion of dough into a circle or oval shape, about 1/8-inch thick.
Place a spoonful of your chosen empanada filling onto one half of each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges.
Season the filling with your desired spices and seasonings.
Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
Use a fork to crimp the edges of the empanada to seal it.
Lightly spray the empanadas with cooking spray.
Place the empanadas in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 8-10 minutes, or until the empanadas are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
Carefully remove the empanadas from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
Enjoy your WW-friendly Air Fryer Empanadas!
