β Ingredients (Makes 6β8 biscuits)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, high-protein)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- Β½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
πͺ Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Set to 200Β°C (400Β°F)
- Line a baking tray
- Make the dough
- Mix flour + Greek yogurt + blended cottage cheese
- Stir until a soft dough forms
- Knead lightly (donβt overwork)
- Shape biscuits
- Roll or pat dough to about 2β3 cm thick
- Cut into rounds or squares
- Add butter
- Place on tray and brush tops with melted butter
- Bake
- Bake 12β15 minutes until golden
