- 150g cream cheese
- ยฝ cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & pepper

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ยฝ cup cheddar cheese
- ยฝ cup cottage cheese (high protein boost ๐ช)
- 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded) OR mushrooms (optional)
๐ช Instructions
1. Make the dough
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, Greek yogurt
- Add water gradually โ form soft dough
- Knead 5โ7 minutes, rest 1 hour
2. Prepare white sauce
- Heat cream cheese + milk on low
- Add garlic, salt, pepper
- Stir until smooth and creamy
3. Assemble (this is the magic part โจ)
- Bottom crust
- Roll dough thick and press into deep pan (sides included)
- First layer
- Mozzarella + some chicken
- Surprise middle layer ๐
- Spread cottage cheese + cheddar mix
โ This melts into a creamy, high-protein core
- Spread cottage cheese + cheddar mix
- Second crust (double crust)
- Add a thin dough layer on top of filling
- Top layer
- Pour white sauce
- Finish with remaining cheese
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF)
- Bake 30โ40 minutes until golden and set
