Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for another 20-30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Mix the Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg. Mix until a dough forms.
Add the Sausage: Stir the cooked sausage into the dough until evenly combined.
Form Biscuit Bites: Scoop small portions of the dough (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
