WW Fiber One Brownie Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownie (or a similar low-calorie brownie option)
- 2 tablespoons Cool Whip Light
- 1 tablespoon PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Cut the Fiber One Brownie in half horizontally to create two thin layers.
- In a bowl, mix the Cool Whip Light with PB2 and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Spread the Cool Whip and PB2 mixture onto one half of the brownie.
- Place the other half of the brownie on top, creating a sandwich.
- Optional: Wrap the brownie sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for a firmer texture.
