Weight Watchers Tater Tot Casserole

Don’t give up the good stuff while eating Weight Watchers. This Weight Watchers Tater Tot Casserole is Only 3 SmartPoints! Freestyle.


  • 2 cups meatless crumbles
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice medley
  • 20 frozen tater tots
  • 1 small can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: green onions and nonfat Greek yogurt (in place of sour cream). to top the casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 425*F.
  2. Spray 9×9 casserole dish with Pam or any other 0 point pan spray.
  3. Layer ingredients: meatless crumbles, cauliflower rice, mushroom soup, tater tots, then shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes on 425*F.
