Weight Watchers Recipes


This recipe comes to you by request of a fellow Weight Watchers member. She loves sweet and salty snacks and requested something easy to make, but tasty. If you also love sweet and salty snacks but want to stay on track with your daily allotment of points, these Weight Watchers No Bake Cookies are the perfect ones to try. 


  • Quaker oats 9 points 
  • (30 g) pretzels, crushed 3 points
  • Mini chocolate chips 5 points 
  • Light peanut butter 12 points 
  • Smucker’s no sugar added caramel sauce 7 points
  • Honey 10 points 
  • Vanilla 0 points 

2 points per cookie based on the WW app recipe creator.

Personal Points- 1-5 depending on your 0PP foods

Green Smart Points- 5 using SP calculator

Blue Smart Points- 2 using SP calculator

Purple Smart Points- 1 using  SP calculator

Points Plus- 4 using a PP calculator 


  • 1 ⅓ cup oats
  • ⅓ cup crushed pretzels I used 30g of Rold Gold tiny twist
  • 1.5 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup light peanut butter I use Kraft, Canadian brand
  • ¼ cup Smucker’s no sugar added caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Letting it sit in the fridge will help the batter stick together, and make it easier to roll them into balls. You could also let it sit overnight in the fridge.
  • Using about 1 tablespoon of the mix, roll it into a ball. You can lightly wet your hands to help them not stick.
  • Keep these stored in the fridge.
  • Makes 22 no bake cookies, but you can make larger ones if you prefer. Just make sure to adjust the points. (44 points divided by however many cookies you make).
