vegan Crunchwrap

Ingredients
The nacho cheese sauce was:
2 tbsp vegan butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup vegan milk of choice, but definitely unsweetened
8 oz bag of violife Mexican style cheese shreds
Salt to taste
Little bit of chili powder and taco seasoning
Then I googled what order the layers are supposed to be. Flour tortilla, beef, cheese sauce, crispy corn tortilla (I broke a taco shell in half to lay down in a flat circle), sour cream (I prefer Tofutti brand), lettuce, tomato, a little more cheese shreds, then fold up the edges. I did add a hot sauce layer . I lightly pan fried the folded over side first, flipped it after a couple minutes and did the other side. And that was it! Deliciousness.
