- 2 tbsp turmeric powder (or fresh grated turmeric)
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- Β½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2β3 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- Β½ cup raw honey

- Prep ingredients
- Grate fresh ginger (and turmeric if using fresh)
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice
- Mix everything
- In a clean jar, combine turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon
- Add lemon juice and mix well
- Pour in honey and stir until it forms a thick paste
- Adjust texture
- Too thick β add a little more lemon juice
- Too thin β add more honey
- Store
- Keep in a sealed glass jar
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
