Tomato Bun Burger

Ingredients:

1 large tomato (cut into thick slices)

1 beef patty

Lettuce

Cheese slice

Pickles (optional)

Keto-friendly sauce (mayo, mustard, or both)

Salt & pepper

How to make:

Season your beef patty with salt and pepper, then cook it in a pan until done how you like.

While it’s cooking, slice a big tomato into thick “bun” pieces.

Once the patty is ready, stack it up: tomato slice, lettuce, patty, cheese, sauce, then top with another tomato slice.

That’s it—simple, juicy, and super satisfying.

Little tip:

Pat the tomato slices dry a bit so it doesn’t get too messy… but honestly, messy burgers are the best anyway
