Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients
- Ground Turkey 1 Ibs. You can use chicken or beef.
- Onion 1, medium size, chopped
- Bell pepper, 3, cut into slices or chopped
- Tomatoes 14.5oz
- Tomato sauce 15oz
- Brown rice 1/2 cup
- Chicken Broth 2cups
- Cooking Spray
Seasonings
- Garlic clove 1, chopped
- Oregano 2tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
Instructions
Prepare Weight Watchers Stuffed Pepper Soup by 3 methods.
Crockpot
- First, take a large pan and add the ground turkey.
- Brown it over medium flame.
- Next, add broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, chopped peppers, onion, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt to the same pan.
- Cover the pan with the cover, and cook it at low flame for three to four hours.
- Add uncooked brown rice 1 hour before the cooking time is up.
- The dish is ready.
Pressure Cooker
- First, Add oil to a pan. When the oil is heated, add ground turkey.
- Cook it for a few minutes until its colour changes.
- Next, add all other ingredients i-e broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, chopped peppers, onion, garlic, oregano, black pepper, salt, and brown rice.
- Cover and cook it at high pressure for 8-10 minutes.
- Switch off the stove once all of the ingredients are cooked.
- The dish is ready.
