Soft & Fluffy Herb-Infused Chickpea Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpea flour (120g)
- 1 cup water (240ml)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, baking powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually whisk in water and olive oil until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the rolls to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
