Smothered mushrooms

Ingredients
🍄2, 16 oz whole, white or Baby Bella mushrooms washed & medium sliced.
(I used 1 of each).
🍄Toss mushrooms in vegetable oil & your favorite seasonings.
(I used garlic & onion powder, smoked paprika, nature’s seasons, crushed red pepper, black pepper & basil).
🍄Sprinkle on 1/2 cup of all purpose flour & toss.
🍄Add 1-2 sliced onions.
(I used 1, but next time I will use 1.5).
🍄Pour in enough vegetable broth or vegetarian no-chicken broth 1/2 way up the pan.
(I used vegetable broth bcuz I didn’t have any no-chicken on hand).
🍄Tightly cover & place in oven for 30 minutes.
🍄Remove pan from oven; remove covering; stir mushrooms; increase oven temp to 450 degrees & place back in the oven, uncovered for 20-30 more minutes.
