- 1 lb 450g breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
- 4 cups frozen hash browns shredded, thawed
- 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder optional
- ¼ tsp paprika optional, for color
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Cook the Sausage
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Mix Eggs & Dairy
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
- Assemble the Casserole
- Spread hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage over the hash browns.
- Dot with cubed cream cheese evenly across the dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over everything.
- Bake
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, until the top is golden and eggs are fully set.
- Cool & Serve
