Quick n Easy Pierogi Casserole Recip

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogies (any variety you prefer)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish (about 9×13 inches) with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Arrange the frozen pierogies in a single layer in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the sour cream mixture over the pierogies, making sure they are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the pierogies.
  6. If desired, sprinkle crumbled bacon and sliced green onions over the cheese layer.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the pierogies are heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious Pierogi Casserole!
