Quick n Easy Pierogi Casserole Recip
Ingredients:
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogies (any variety you prefer)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish (about 9×13 inches) with cooking spray or butter.
- Arrange the frozen pierogies in a single layer in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the pierogies, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the pierogies.
- If desired, sprinkle crumbled bacon and sliced green onions over the cheese layer.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the pierogies are heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
