- 8 oz (225 g) Brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ΒΌ cup all-purpose flour
- ΒΌ cup unflavored or vanilla protein powder (whey or whey/casein blend)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ΒΎ cup finely chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (adds protein + flavor)
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
For Cooking
- Cooking spray or 1 tbsp olive oil
High-Protein Fig Honey Glaze
- ΒΌ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1Β½ tbsp fig jam
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch salt

- Prep
- Chill Brie cubes in the freezer 20 minutes (prevents melting).
- Set up breading station
- Bowl 1: flour + protein powder
- Bowl 2: beaten egg
- Bowl 3: pistachios + Parmesan + garlic powder + pepper
- Coat the Brie
- Roll each cube in flour mixture
- Dip into egg
- Press into pistachio mixture until fully coated
- Cook
Air Fryer (best option):- Preheat to 375Β°F (190Β°C)
- Lightly spray bites
- Air fry 6β8 minutes, turning once
- Bake at 400Β°F (205Β°C) for 10β12 minutes
- Sear quickly on all sides over medium heat (watch closely)
- Make glaze
- Stir Greek yogurt, fig jam, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Serve
