I usually bbq this recipe, but thought I would try it in the air fryer and it didn’t disappoint. So yummy
12 pieces of boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vinegar
1 head if minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
Mix the marinade in a ziplock/container and then add the chicken thighs. I let it marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours but if you don’t have time, just make sure the chicken is well coated.
400f for 20 mins flipping halfway.
