- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2β4 tbsp milk (as needed for texture)
- Optional add-ins:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- pinch of salt

- Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and any seeds or salt. - Add wet ingredients
Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. - Adjust texture
Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the mixture becomes thick but moldable. - Form bites
Roll into small balls (about 1 inch each) using your hands. - Chill
Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30β60 minutes to set.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7β10 days
- Or freeze for up to 2 months

- If mixture is too sticky β add more oats or protein powder
- If too dry β add a little extra peanut butter or milk
- For extra chocolate flavor β use chocolate protein powder + mini chocolate chips
