  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2โ€“4 tbsp milk (as needed for texture)
  • Optional add-ins:
    • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
    • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
    • pinch of salt

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and any seeds or salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients
    Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Adjust texture
    Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the mixture becomes thick but moldable.
  4. Form bites
    Roll into small balls (about 1 inch each) using your hands.
  5. Chill
    Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30โ€“60 minutes to set.
