Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 10.5-ounce can condensed chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Topping
  • 30 buttery round crackers crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed chicken soup, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.

  • In a small bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
