Air Fryer Blueberry Muffin Mug Cake is a quick, single-serve dessert that’s soft, fluffy, and bursting with fresh blueberries. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or a last-minute sweet treat made in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and unsalted
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon sparkling sugar, optional
Instructions
- Mix the 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, s2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder in a medium-sized bowl.
- Pour in the 1/4 cup milk and melted 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and mix well. Fold in the 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
- Spray your ramekins with cooking spray, then pour the batter into the ramekins, filling about 2/3 the way full. sprinkle 1 teaspoon sparkling sugar on top.
- Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket, set air fryer temperature, to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting and set cook time for 6-8 minutes.
