Low carb tortilla pizza in the air fryer. 😋


  • Low carb tortillas (choose your favorite brand)
  • Sugar-free marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • Pizza toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the tortilla: Brush a little olive oil on one side of the tortilla or spray it with cooking spray. This helps to make it crispy.
  3. Assemble the pizza:
    • Place the tortilla, oiled side down, in the air fryer basket or tray.
    • Spread a thin layer of marinara or pizza sauce over the tortilla.
    • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
    • Add your favorite pizza toppings.
  4. Air fry the pizza:
    • Cook the pizza in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortilla are crispy.
  5. Serve: Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer, slice, and enjoy!
