LEMON GARLIC LOBSTER TAILS

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or a small amount of butter (olive oil is better for heart health)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Lemon zest (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the lobster shells lengthwise and gently lift the meat on top.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
