🥬 Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (use light if preferred)
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning

🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the chicken
Slice each breast horizontally to create a pocket (don’t cut all the way through). - Make the filling
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach, and cook until wilted.
Mix with cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Greek yogurt (if using). - Stuff the chicken
Fill each breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed. - Season & sear
Rub with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side. - Bake
Transfer to oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
