Ingredients:
1 small broccoli
1 chicken fillet
1⁄2 can of corn
2 tomatoes
150 g sera feta
3-4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
a handful of almond flakes
1 tablespoon of chicken spice
salt and pepper
frying oil
Here’s how to prepare it:
Divide the broccoli into the roses and cook 3-4 minutes in salted water. Cool off.
Cut the chicken into cubes, season with spice, salt and pepper, then fry until golden color.
Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise and minced garlic.
In a glass bowl, arrange layers: broccoli, sauce, tomatoes, corn, chicken and feta.
Add the rest of the sauce on top and sprinkle with almond flakes.
Chill in the fridge before serving – it tastes best after a few hours.
