3-Ingredient Beef Cracker Bites

These 3-Ingredient Beef Cracker Bites are crispy, cheesy, savory little appetizers made with buttery crackers, ground beef, and sharp cheddar. They are quick to prepare, easy to serve, and perfect for parties, game day, or simple snack trays.

Ingredients  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef 90/10
  • 48 buttery round crackers
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 6-8 minutes, breaking it into small crumbles as it browns.
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, drain off any excess grease. Let the beef cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Arrange the buttery round crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cooked beef onto each cracker.
  • Top each beef-covered cracker with a generous pinch of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and lightly glossy.
  • Remove from the oven and let the bites cool for 2 minutes before serving so the cheese can set slightly.

Notes

For the crispiest Beef Cracker Bites, drain the ground beef very well before assembling. Too much grease can soften the crackers and make them harder to pick up.
