Keto Pizza Puffs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free, optional)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.
  3. Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together for 30 seconds, then stir to combine until smooth.
  4. Combine: Add the melted cheese mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined. If you want, fold in the chopped pepperoni.
  5. Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the pizza puffs are golden and firm.
  7. Serve: Let the puffs cool slightly, then serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping (if desired).
