Keto Pizza Puffs

Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free, optional)
- Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.
- Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together for 30 seconds, then stir to combine until smooth.
- Combine: Add the melted cheese mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined. If you want, fold in the chopped pepperoni.
- Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the pizza puffs are golden and firm.
- Serve: Let the puffs cool slightly, then serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping (if desired).
