1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other keto-friendly milk)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit sweetener, optional)
1/4 cup water (if needed to adjust consistency)

Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, and cinnamon (if using).
Add almond milk, olive oil (or melted butter), vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using). Stir well to combine.
The batter should be thick but spreadable. If it’s too thick, add a bit of water to reach the desired consistency.
Make the French Toast:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or oil to grease the pan.
Spoon the batter into the pan, spreading it slightly to form a pancake shape. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
