Keto Garlic Cheese Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth (about 1 minute).
  3. Stir in the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
  4. Roll the dough into finger-like shapes and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the tops of each finger.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
