Keto Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Extra mozzarella or parmesan for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds until melted and combined.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and the egg to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms. (You can use your hands if needed.)
- Shape the dough into a flat oval or rectangle on the baking tray.
- Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, extra cheese, and parsley if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and edges are crispy.
- Slice and serve warm with your favorite low-carb dip or marinara sauce!
