Keto Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Extra mozzarella or parmesan for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds until melted and combined.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and the egg to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms. (You can use your hands if needed.)
  4. Shape the dough into a flat oval or rectangle on the baking tray.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, extra cheese, and parsley if using.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and edges are crispy.
  7. Slice and serve warm with your favorite low-carb dip or marinara sauce!
