keto flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, baking powder, egg, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Divide dough into 4 portions. Roll each out between parchment paper to form flat circles.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
