keto flatbread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: garlic powder, herbs for extra flavor
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, egg, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Divide dough into 4 portions. Roll each out between parchment paper to form flat circles.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
