Keto Easy Tennessee Onions

Ingredients:-
- 3 large Vidalia or sweet onions, sliced into 1/4-inch rings
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:-
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Onions: Arrange the onion slices in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
- Mix Toppings: In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Top Onions: Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the onions.
