KETO BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
Ingredients:-
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions:-
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the onion is softened.
- Stir in the tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl with the cream mixture. Mix well to combine.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese, along with half of the crumbled bacon.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheeses and crumbled bacon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
